Reports & statistics

The reports you receive through Confetti allow you to analyze your event, your emails and your guests. What worked, and what didn’t work so well? How many people followed the event online? And how much money did the event make? The answers are in the reports.

Data is the new gold, giving you the same precious value when it’s yours. In Confetti, you get the ticket sales in black and white (a CSV file).

You see exactly how many tickets you sold, and which type of ticket sold best. You also clearly see how many of your emails have been sent, opened and gotten people to click. You will know which links in your email were the hottest.

Similarly, you get viewing figures for your live streams. You get a report that shows how many people watched and how long they followed the online broadcast. You can even find out where they watched your live stream from, and on which device. Knowledge breeds insight. And insights give birth to opportunities to create even better events.

Event stats

In our event reports you can get an overview of how your events are doing overall. How many checked in, how many responded to the invite, who attended and much more.

Email stats

Keep track of your email invitations, email sendouts and newsletters by viewing statistics such as the number of emails sent, delivered, bounced and opened. You can also see if a link was clicked and how many times.

Revenue report for ticket sales

Find out how much revenue you've generated from ticket sales by accessing a detailed report on your event dashboard. The report shows the total revenue, number of tickets sold and how many tickets were sold per day. You can also export the report as a CSV file for your records.

Livestream stats

Get insights into how your livestream performs with statistics such as the number of unique viewers, total viewing time and average viewing time. You can also see who watched, when they started watching and when they stopped.
