Hi there,

Our November newsletter is here, and we have a few exciting and long-awaited updates to share. We’ve made some nice improvements that we think you’ll appreciate.

Let’s take a look at what’s new in Confetti

✉️ Different welcome emails based on ticket batch or form responses

Would you like to send different welcome emails to your attendees based on the ticket they selected or their responses to the registration form? No problem, you can easily set that up in Confetti!

How it works

Using templates, you can create automated emails that are only sent to attendees who meet specific criteria, such as:

  • Purchased a certain type of ticket
  • Answered in a specific way in the registration form

Example use cases

  • Send a special welcome email to those who will attend the dinner
  • Provide different instructions depending on the workshop selected
  • Send information in different languages based on form responses

🎨 Business users can now convert their own events into templates.

If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can now easily turn your events into reusable templates, perfect for recurring events or for maintaining consistency across teams.

How it works

When you convert an event into a template:

  • It appears at the top of the list when duplicating events
  • It becomes visible in the Template inside your workspace
  • Everyone in your workspace can use it as a starting point for new events

Who can see the templates?

Templates are shared within your workspace, so any team member can start from the same base when creating new events.

✅ Choose to send thank-you emails only to checked-in attendees.

Want to send your thank-you emails only to people who actually attended your event? Now you can!

How it works

Confetti's default thank-you email can now be set to send only to attendees who checked in at the event. This helps you:

  • Avoid sending emails to no-shows
  • Make your follow-up communication more relevant
  • Thank only those who were truly part of the experience

What if no one checks in?

Make sure to use the Check-in app for your event to track attendance.
